Volunteer Program Update
Benton County Fire District 4 no longer operates a volunteer firefighter program and is not accepting volunteer applications at this time.
We appreciate the community interest and support that helped build the program over the years.
Career Opportunities
BCFD4 employs dedicated professionals who provide fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue response, prevention, and public education throughout the district.

Intern Firefighter Program
Our Intern Firefighter Program provides hands-on experience and training opportunities for individuals pursuing a career in the fire service.
Interns work alongside career personnel while developing operational and professional skills in emergency response, station duties, training, and community engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and medical requirements
